Worked with the head of the Director of Health and Safety over the Olympic Stadium renovation project to create a series of training videos. The videos are meant to provide step-by-step instructions for workers to be able to perform the evacuation and rescue of an injured or fallen worker, while meeting provincial regulatory requirements.
Montreal’s iconic Olympic Stadium is undergoing a transformative renovation—one of Quebec’s largest infrastructure undertakings of the past decade. Led by the Groupe Pomerleau-Canam (GCPC) consortium and supported by numerous specialized partners, the $870-million project spans three years and employs more than 300 workers.
Large construction projects like the Olympic Stadium carry significant safety risks, including falls, severe injuries, and potential fatalities. Strict provincial and federal regulations also require contractors to implement detailed safety and rescue procedures, and ensure every worker is trained to respond effectively in an emergency.
GCPC contracted us to produce a complete series of safety and rescue training videos demonstrating step-by-step procedures for responding to fallen or injured workers. These videos equip crews with clear, practical guidance, reinforce best practices, and help the project meet all regulatory workplace-safety obligations.
We developed multiple real-world rescue scenarios across various locations within the stadium, filming workers as they executed the full rescue process while highlighting critical safety protocols.
In addition to the training series, we produced project-highlight videos showcasing the broader renovation effort. This content was designed for communication, promotion, and stakeholder engagement. Two sample videos are featured above.
