We were contracted by Pomerleau to aid their engineering teams in testing the durability of the new roofing material that was selected to be used on the new Olympic Stadium rooftop; namely, its ability to withstand the impact of high-speed icicles.
Our mission was to use slow-motion videography techniques coupled with precise time and distance measurments to capture, measure, and register the speed of the icicles at their moment of impact.
We are passionate about helping our clients solve problems, and are pleased to have been able to partner with them to help meet their objectives on this unique and exciting project.
